HengHaoSen produces 14 hose families on its own lines: fiber braided, helix suction, lay flat, steel wire reinforced, clear, garden, air, gas, anti-torsion, twin, spray, steel-and-fiber composite, PVC/rubber fuel and shower hose.
The braided lines cover a size range from 1/8″ to 2″, and the helix suction line is offered in a range of larger bores for pump duty. Inside and outside diameter, wall thickness, bending radius and pressure rating are confirmed per size with the quotation, so send the bore, the duty and the pressure the line has to hold with your inquiry.
Rolls are cut to length and sampled roll by roll for wall thickness and burst pressure, with custom colors and OEM marking available. Export business has run continuously since 2002, shipping via Yantian, Nansha, Shunde and Guangzhou ports.
All three are extruded from plasticised PVC; what changes is the reinforcement worked into the wall, and each trades flexibility against pressure in a different proportion. A fiber braid keeps the hose flexible and is the form used on the small-bore lines, which cover a size range from 1/8″ to 2″. A steel wire runs as a helix through the wall and holds the bore open, which is why it is used on pump suction, discharge and dewatering duty; that family is offered in larger bores and in the lengths the pump run calls for. The steel-and-fiber composite carries both reinforcements in one wall, for duty that has to take pressure and suction at once. Fourteen hose families are produced in-house in total, and the exact diameters, wall thickness and pressure rating for a given size are confirmed with the quotation.
Start from the duty rather than the size. If the line works under suction — a pump drawing from a tank, a well or a sump — it needs the helix construction, because a braid on its own will collapse. If the line works under pressure, a fiber braid covers most watering, washdown and pneumatic work, and the steel-and-fiber composite is used where the pressure is higher or the hose is dragged around a site. Clear hose is chosen when the flow has to be seen, and the gas, fuel, twin welding and shower lines are compounded for those specific media. Diameters, wall thickness, bending radius and pressure rating are confirmed per order rather than fixed in advance, so send the bore or the fitting the hose has to mate with, the medium, the working pressure and temperature, the roll or cut length, the color and any printed marking, and the quantity. With those, the quotation comes back with the full specification for the size you actually need.
Yes. Rolls are cut to length, and the length is set with the order. Custom colours and OEM marking are available, and the 14 hose families are produced on HengHaoSen's own lines, so roll length, colour and printed marking are decided in production rather than repacked afterwards. Every roll is sampled for wall thickness and burst pressure before it is packed. Export shipments have run continuously since 2002 through Yantian, Nansha, Shunde and Guangzhou ports. PVC Schedule 40 fittings are injection moulded from unplasticised PVC to the Schedule 40 wall series: pressure-rated at ambient temperature, resistant to acids and alkalis, non-conductive, and joined by solvent weld in a single operation.

Schedule 80 shares the PVC-U material of Schedule 40 but carries one wall class more at the same nominal size, so it holds higher working pressure; the dark grey body marks the difference on site. It is the usual choice for commercial and industrial water lines, pump rooms and water treatment skids.
